Cancellation Policy
Missed Appointments
If you cannot make your booking, the policy requires you to provide at least 48 hours advance notice, or you will be required to pay the full cost of the treatment you booked.
When you book an appointment with me, this time is set aside for you and ONLY for you. I never double-book, and I try always to be ready for you when you arrive. In return, I ask that you keep your promise to me and show up for your appointment on time.
Please understand that I only get paid when I deliver a service... therefore missed appointments are costly for me and prevent me from catering to other clients.
Cancellations
In the event you’re unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please get in touch with me by phone at least 48 hours before your appointment. Please leave a message on my voicemail system if you do not reach me. If I do not hear from you within this timeframe and you do not keep your appointment, the above policy will be applied.
Note: I recognize that no one is perfect and there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and so as your provider I may make an exception to the above policies on those rare occasions.
