Those who know me, call me Papa Bear.

Or you can call me Arnoud Boek (Pronounced: arn-out book).

I’m an activator of progressive, intentional experiences through heart, journey, touch, and voice.

I work with individuals, teams and organizations providing human-focused services, counselling, advocacy, and program development.

Those who work with me are exposed to a progressive, activated, intentional experience through heart, journey, touch and voice.

My insights and experiences influence how I counsel patients by drawing on my background working with social causes, seniors, and individuals with special needs. I work with patients to confidently navigate their life journeys.

In all the places I’ve called home, I practice empathy and patience when working with community organizations; nonprofit, Human Service providers and agencies, and with seniors/Veterans. I see all individuals as equal, which has been part of how I have led teams in health service organizations to change how they view patients in care.

Throughout my career, I’ve led various teams and organizations at all levels of government to change healthcare views on care for a spectrum of individuals. Improving patient respect and care regardless of their social standing or situation.

My career path has included working as a kinesiologist and registered advanced clinical massage therapist providing excellent skill and talent towards my patients rehabilitation including a variety of alternative healing methods and modalities. Previous patients have referred to me as a “bodywork magician” because of my ability to connect with them.

I’ve hosted a variety of experiences working with a spectrum of individuals and families to heal and work through topics like; trauma, men’s work, Family Constellations, and traditional community healing circles.

Through my travels, I’ve had opportunities to practice, train, and facilitate with teachers and elders worldwide. I’ve also worked within Hay House to become licenced and insured to offer counselling, coaching, mentorship, workshops and retreats based on the philosophy of Louise L. Hay. You can learn more about them here.

I continue to develop my counselling, advocacy and program development to create communities of belonging and improve the well-being of all I work with.

What about your life needs to be activated?
